Section 135 Disposition versions

135. A hospital centre or a reception centre having at least 50 beds available for persons to whom it provides health services or social services may acquire, by expropriation, any immovable located in the same local municipal territory as that centre or in an adjacent local municipal territory which it needs to enlarge or improve its facilities or to organize services relating to its general operations.

A hospital centre, a functional rehabilitation centre or a reception centre having at least fifty beds available for persons to whom it provides health services or social services may acquire, by expropriation, any immoveable located in the same municipality as that centre or in an adjacent municipality which it needs to enlarge or improve its facilities or to organize services relating to its general operations.
